Why "Mugam"?

Questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You paste one line into your website's settings. Most website builders have a "custom code" or "footer code" box for exactly this.
How long does it take?
About five minutes of your time. Reading your site takes a couple of minutes, and recording the videos takes a little while longer. We email you the moment your guide is ready.
What if a visitor asks something you didn't prepare?
Your guide gives a short text answer using only the business information you approved. If that doesn't cover it either, it tells the visitor how to contact you.
Can I change answers later?
Yes. Edit any answer in your dashboard and we re-record only the ones you changed.
Whose photo can I use?
Your own, a team member who has agreed, or an AI-created image of a person, mascot or animal that you have the rights to use. Please don't upload celebrities or anyone who hasn't given permission. We ask you to confirm this before creating the avatar.
Can my guide be an animal or a mascot?
Yes. Upload a clear, front-facing image of the character and we'll bring it to life. Faces with a visible mouth and eyes work best.
Does it slow down my website?
No. The guide loads after your page and only downloads a video when a visitor asks a question.
